About Me

Hi, I’m Ruida Wang from China. I graduated with a master degree in Computer Science and currently work as a software developer at Tencent in Guangzhou. I’m passionate about outdoor adventures and love staying up-to-date with new technology.

Since I began hiking and camping during university, I’ve traveled to nearly every province in China. I’ve summited three snow-capped mountains over 5,000 meters and explored scenic routes like Nepal’s ABC, China’s Locke Line, Meili Snow Mountain, and Hong Kong’s MacLehose Trail. I’ve also cycled across the Duku Highway, which links northern and southern Xinjiang. I’m eager to discover more of the world’s beautiful landscapes!

I’ve also had the joy of caring for a cat, which taught me valuable lessons in patience and responsibility—skills that have proven handy, especially while traveling. If you have pets, I’d be happy to help and share a few pet care tips!

I’m always excited to meet new people, exchange stories, and explore the world together. Whether it’s chatting about the latest tech trends or swapping travel experiences, I’m up for a great conversation! ☺️✨
