i relish in any season:
summer: farmers markets, warm sunshine, lying next to the lake, wine on the veranda, hot hiking.
fall: tailgates with my father, crunchy leaves, sweatshirt weather, cooler hiking.
winter: a cushion-y blanket on the world, cross-country skiing, snowball fights, adventurous hiking.
spring: travel fever, watching the world wake up, green buds, warmth of the breeze, muddy hiking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the simplest gesture can be described as am amazing thing.

Today: I watched a friend embrace another friend in a mutually shared hug that said everything while neither of them spoke a word.
