ABOUT ME

I am an avid athlete - I particularly enjoy running, cycling, and soccer, although I like to backpack and play other sports as well. I also love to read, sketch, talk, etc.

I also enjoy strategy games like chess or the Chinese game of go. I am interested in going into urban planning, and also enjoy talking about religion and politics.

I am cycling through Spain this summer and would like to meet the people of this beautiful country. I hope that any hosts I stay with will have patience with my intermediate spanish speaking skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I won a NCAA Division 1 Conference Championship - I'm extremely proud of that, as it was the only race I ever won in college!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people to play go, which most people haven't even heard of! It's a deceptive game, with simple rules but great complications once you get into it. I also can teach people how to play chess, and can share my wide knowledge on running topics.
