Hi guys, it's great to meet you in the Couchsurfing family! A few years ago, I achieved my goal of visiting all 50 states. Since then, my focus has been on building true connections within this amazing community! In 2022, I moved from the East Coast to the Midwest. What a difference!! The Black Hills on the west side of South Dakota where there are a lot of cool places to enjoy. I love the gold mines, Mt Rushmoor, Wind Cave National Park, and of course, the Badlands National Park!!! Later, I will have more trips to visit my friends all over the place. I cannot wait to see my old friends and make new friends after a while!! Cheers~!~ I am looking forward to learning your unique stories ~~ Haha

Finally, I travel internationally again in 2023!! The trip to Asia is incredible. Love to share the stories ;)

Bio: Hey, this is Ruohai, I am a guy who’s passionate about exploring the world, learning various skills, and making friends with diverse backgrounds. * I am into the outdoors a lot! One of the most unforgettable things I have done is Backpacking in Tibet for 5 days (It's the deepest Canyon in the world and is close to the border of China and India). I am into skydiving, scuba diving, paragliding, marathon, fencing, volleyball… I like to challenge myself in life. It’s all about experience and understanding the world better. The more unique, the better ;))

* I love most food and I am a good cook. I'd love to share cooking when I surf ;)

* With degrees in both Physics and Psychology. Also self-learned UX design. I could be very geeky, and logical but also passionate ;)

* I am always very happy and I love to make people smile.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have hiked in Tibet very close to the border of China and India. Actually, it’s the deepest canyon in the world! The difference of the elevation is as much as 23,000 feet (6900m)!!! And during the several day hiking, everyday was in a different season because of the change of elevation.
The first day was like in winter, I climbed over a snow mountain
The second day was like in spring, there were a lot of flowers blooming along the trail.
The third day, we got to the bottom of the canyon and it was very hot and humid like in summer @!@

It’s one of the most unique experiece in my life! Unforgettable =!!!
