PHILOSOPHY
Why? How? What?
and more importantly, why not.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I believe talking to a stranger without asking name, age religion, helps you many a times get answers you are seeking for, the questions deep inside you.
I keep on hosting people time to time and exchanging conversations help me in so.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have hosted people from around the world and also have visited a few as guest. Initially, I was skeptical but like my personality I opened up slowly to the idea of couchsurfing and now there is no looking back once I embraced it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. I have a pen friend and I met her after an year of exchanging letters.
2. Lived as backpacker for long time.
3. 1400kms Mumbai-Ahmedabad bike trip and visited a host's farm of mangoes and bananas.
4. Stayed in a remote monastery in Ladakh for a month teaching (and learning from) little monks.
Teach, Learn, Share
Tip:
1. When you travel to ladakh or any such cold places, keep facial wipe inside your jacket/sweater to keep it warm and if you need to attend nature's call in open, this helps you wipe your a** too.
2. In India, more than GPS or Google maps, talking to people works in finding directions.
3. Destinations doesn't matter, the journey does.
4. Women couch surfers are more hygienic and willing to help keep the house clean than the men counter parts. Sorry guys!
