About Me

I am a nurse and I live in Lake Forest, CA. I love the beach and I love to explore. Very active guy here, involved and participating in various OCRs, half marathons/marathons, and running events. Put me down to play any sport, fish, do extreme activities, or on the flipside, wine and dine, movies, or bar hopping.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because someday I would like to be able to visit other places to really experience how locals experience their own cultures. In the meantime, I am starting off as the local tour guide of my city to help visitors see the highlights of the culture I surround myself in every day.

Interests

I love producing videos and photography. Capture the moment and the moment will capture your heart.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music. From soft rock to R&B, salsa to EDM, I just need good music to match the beat of my drum. Music in all cultures is something I really appreciate and enjoy. And if you can dance to it, that's all the better!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are so many! I'll just narrow it to the most recent day hike I completed. I did the Cactus to Clouds hike out in Palm Springs. 10,800' elevation starting from the bottom to the top of San Jacinto Peak! The. Most. Difficult —Nay!— BRUTAL hike I've ever done in my life. Check it out the reviews on SoCalHiker.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook, so if you decide to spend a night on my couch, you'll be fed well. I am paleo friendly, which means that although I eat a certain diet, I do know where all the greasy, fattening, but deliciously flavorful foods are located on top of all the clean eats! I'll share with you a couple recipes, let's shake and bake!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Take me to a farmer's market, grocery store, or live carniceria and provide me a kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, and ware, and I'll share with you some home-made cuisine! All it takes is a local tour of your cultural environment, historical places, and/or hike in an outdoorsy atmosphere.
