Hi, my name is Emiliano, but everyone calls me Ruso (Russian), I live in Buenos Aires Argentina with my wife Laura and my little babis Bautista (5) and Luca (2), we love to travel around the world, and meet new friends to share our experience and culture. We love to enjoy good food, good drinks, and good music.

I`m a new member, I have some traveling experience, and I have made excellent friends in my trips, I`d like to be part of this community in order to continue with our philosophy

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My brother is hosting tons of surfers from several places at his house, here in buenos aires. He also has built a gourmet experience there, where foreign people can learn the argentinian wine culture, which is actually very rich. I stayed in France and Greece, and had excelent experiences. I also received people from Venezuela and Brasil, now we are great friends!!

Making friends, knowing the real side of the cities that I`m visiting, and make people feel confortable here in Buenos Aires.

Music, Movies, and Books

We are very opened minded in regards to arts, but if we have to mention some movies, bands and books we`d say that our favourite ones are:
Music: U2, manu chao, daft punk, electronic, and specially argentinian music
Movies: trainspoting, the simpsons, blow, cidade de deus.
Books: anyhting from Garcia Marquez

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bungee jumping (the highest in the world in South Africa), scubba diving (in San andres Island - Colombia, and Chichiriviche - Venezuela)), I`ve seen the largest animal in the world (the franca austral whale in Peninsula Valdes - Argentina) really close, and made safaris in South Africa And the most amazing thing I´ve done is: my kids!

Teach, Learn, Share

I`m a restaurant critic expert, I can take you for a good dinner, from 5 dollars up to 200, from meat to pasta and sea food. If you want to eat well and drink a gentle wine just contact me.
