Hello! I'm currently a University student in my hometown of Calgary, Canada. This will be my fifth year of studying, I'm taking it real slow because I absolutely love learning. Till the end of July I'm travelling around Europe, since I have never been out of my country.

I love music of all types, but my heart belongs to electronic music. Technology is a major passion of mine as well, and the number of phones, computers, etc that I buy reflects it.

Politics is also a topic I'm very passionate about, but I find it rather depressing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet locals and immerse myself in the culture! As I've travelled, I've had a great time in hostels, however you never meet any locals in them. It's real tough to get a sense of the local culture when everyone around you is from somewhere else. I figure it is the best bet for me to gain an understanding and appreciation for a country's customs, traditions, and values.
