ABOUT ME

Hey! Have been travelling solo throughout Europe and the near east since January 2012. Loving life, and mixing some volunteering placements in when the opportunity presents itself. Am a late-comer to the CS scene, and while I haven't used the website yet, I've stayed with some truly awesome individuals during my travels, and draw my inspiration from such meetings. My philosophy is that the journey never ends, and its taken me a while to appreciate that CS really facilitates this... bringing the world to you whenever your own backpack is in the cupboard. Ive travelled for about 2 years off and on, and can't begin to describe how it has changed my life. My eyes are open, the choices are endless, and Im just so keen to get involved. When a new friend is made, I take that onboard as a challenge to keep the candle burning, keep the connection going, coz there's nothing better than that 'small world after all' vibe - experiencing first-hand the kindness and generosity that the world has in abundance, and turning your back on Media portrayals and Television - with all its lies and bullshit! :-)

PHILOSOPHY

The journey never ends.

Live simple. A life.. free from complexity, addiction, external pressures or expectations. By all means, set personal goals and strive to achieve, but never at the expense of one's happiness.
