ABOUT ME

A difficult task, describing who we are in a few words. Or even a lot of words. Marie works as an analyst for a software company, which she enjoys very much. Rusty has had a more checkered career in the arts and other non-profit areas, as well as a variety of other situations.

Marie paints, (www.mariesegallery.blogspot.com), makes jewelry, and loves to read books. Rusty occasionally makes art€ (www.myarf.blogspot.com), has published two books, recorded on a few albums & cds, and can be distracted by almost anything.

We like horses and go to shows or races whenever we can. Or just to visit them in a field or stable. Marie also paints them.

Traveling is something we love to do and Art is usually our primary focus. Of course, to that we add horse racing, sports of any kind, hikes in the country, boat rides, opera, symphony, ballet, or just about anything. Please see a post or two at www.XtremeArtTourist.com to see what we mean.

We are brand-new to Couchsurfing, though have done so unofficially for ever. Looking forward to meeting new people in our home and in theirs.
