I have been living in Melbourne Australia for the past 5 years but after being made redundant I decided to travel in Western Australia for a few months with an intention to settle here and find work. Probably around Perth but I am flexible.

I am sociable and a good conversationalist but very independent and self sufficient too. I am a very good guest, respecting other people's space and time. I am just as happy to be spend time alone and can amuse myself quite easily.

I am vegetarian but eat fish - but am not that fussy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Whilst travelling around Western Australia rather than meet the back pack crowd (who are lovely) I would like to meet locals in Western Australia and find out more about them and their lives.

Interests

Travel, photography, the arts. I like to visit interesting places. I am active and fit and like the outdoors - have got my own tent with me whilst travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

As I studied the arts at degree (fine art, music, dance and literature) I have a very wide taste and am open to finding out about music, movies and books that I haven't read and probably wouldn't automatically go for.

I read a lot of literary novels, love lots of different kinds of music from dance music to classical - though really don't like heavy metal.
