About Me

I love travelling and meeting interesting people who enjoy conversation, music, the outdoors, having fun and well, all the things I've listed as my interests really! I grew up in Africa [Zambia and Botswana] and have spent a few years living in New Zealand and Australia but am Scottish originally, with a bit of a strange accent. Looking forward to spending some time exploring China and the Far East.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm coming across to Shanghai for a job teaching English as a foreign language, and would love to meet some like-minded individuals who could recommend the best places to visit, maybe help with finding accommodation, or just want to spend time together having fun, eating good food and discussing life!

Teach, Learn, Share

It would be great to be able to get some knowledge about Shanghai, where the locals hang out and eat, good spots for veggie food, meet some people who could show me around a bit.

I could cook some tasty food for hosts as a way of saying thanks!
