Until settling down in the DC metro area, I grew up in several different countries (rocking that "third culture kid" status for about nine years). I then moved to Nashville, Tennessee to study and pursue music. Ultimately, I ended up majoring in English at Belmont University. I then worked for a while as a youth educator at a refugee resettlement agency. Currently, I'm in between that job and being a Peace Corps volunteer (I'm going to Mongolia in May, wooo!) Other than constantly being possessed by wanderlust, hanging with friends, working on music, writing, and dedicating energy toward self-improvement/growth, I enjoy meeting new people and expanding my horizons.
