Hey! I'm Ryan, an American who lives in NYC and has lived in California and Switzerland. I've been to 22 countries and love to experience new cultures.

I love my neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan - there's lots of great food spots, cheap dive bars, and live entertainment. Being next to the waterfront is great for sunsets on my roof and running along the bike path. Here in the city, I'm always trying new restaurants, watching live jazz at the Fat Cat, and visiting my friends all over town. On weekends, I'll be in the parks or trying new museums.

For work, I'm part of a startup that focuses on marketing technology. It's a great opportunity for me to meet other folks who are part of the technology, apps, and brands I enjoy every day. I'm very entrepreneurial and started a few businesses in college and am now learning programming to continue my path.

Someday soon, I hope to make my dream of long-term travel a reality!

My home is a beautiful and new alcove studio in a high rise with a roof, gym, restaurant/bar, wine shop, and a karaoke room! I have a couch to spare and if need be, an air mattress I can set up. It is a tiny home, but beautiful!

In the cities I live in, I try my best to find what's interesting, get to know people, and explore. I love to share that with people and introduce visitors to experiences they may not have had otherwise, be it visiting a private comedy show my friends are in, going to a local festival, or just going around to different speakeasies.

I'm a huge hip-hop person, I love a lot of oldschool and listen to newer stuff in the form of Kanye, Kendrick, J Cole, and lots of lofi hip hop. I love jazz too and often go around the city to watch dueling pianos or other live shows at jazz clubs.

I love to read and I read a lot of books to teach myself new things. My favorite fiction book is the Count Of Monte Cristo, which was a great read when I was in Marseilles :)
