Born and raised in Toronto, Canada to Jamaican parents.
After finishing my Masters degree I moved to Indonesia for 2.5 years to work with the United Nations.
I've recently started dabbling in photography (@rybbread) and writing. I like to take portraits and photos of landscapes and random objects but always looking for tips on how to get better.
My writing focuses on storytelling, personal essays, screen writing and history.
I'm down to try new food, meet new people and start spontaneous adventures.
Often described as the class clown, fluent in sarcasm.

Living in Indonesia has shown me that I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone and really love embedding myself in new cultures.
I want to meet new people as I travel around the world but I also think local people can show you the real soul of a city.
I'm trying to push myself to meet new people and depend less on the familiarity of friends and family.
Friends have suggested couchsurfing as the best way to travel and meet new people!

As a Canadian I have to say anything by Drake and Justin Bieber! My taste is a little bit more expansive, if it has a good beat and some lyrics I can sing along with I like it.

I wish I was a bigger reader but unfortunately I'm not. I'm doing my best to read more but I'm currently reading, "Between the World and Me."
