ABOUT ME

Probably my most self identifying attribute is my enthusiasm. I don't hold back excitement if I enjoy the conversation. I'm social by nature and enjoy all types of company. Another large theme in my life is science. I'm first a mathematician, and had great curiosity for physical sciences which motivated me to endure further schooling for it. Currently, I work on a ship for a month every other month, and for the two years I've been travelling as much as possible. Texas is a home base and I frequent it most to see family.

Couchsurfing.com has a community of people with like, open minded lifestyles and ideals which are close to my own. I enjoy meeting new people just for the sake of meeting and sharing stories and ideas.

Interessen

Science first and foremost. Lately, exercise has become an essential part of my life. I enjoy many types of food, though my preference tends to lean towards foreign (non-American) cuisine. Cooking is therapeutic for me. I'm definitely a coffee lover and addict. I love Skiing and especially the presence in nature that comes with it.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love techno, trance, deep house, surely many other electronic genres, and rap music. As far as movies are concerned, I'm not really a movie buff. I'm definitely a fan of some of the cliches: star wars, james bond, kung fu, Tarantino films, etc.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I worked as a carpenter where I aided in building a house and a deck. It might not be that fascinating to some, but I'm proud of it.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I loved teaching, and did so to support myself throughout school. I taught math and physics. If you're a student or are simply curious, I'd enjoy the conversation/experience.
I can share some of my family's recipes if you're interested as well. My family has a diverse combination of ethnicities and hence the recipies reflect that.
Without exception I am excited to learn something new. I'd be happy to be taught anything, really.
