G'day, Hello, hola und Hallo!

I am a 26 year old Aussie bloke who has been lucky enough to do more travelling than many will do in a lifetime. This is something that I'm already thankful for, but those of you who know what the travel bug is, you know it's something that is really hard to ignore once it's bitten! Anyhow, I'm in the processing of relocating away from my beautiful homeland (shock horror, I know) Australia.

I get kicks (excitement, enjoyment) out of trying new things and travelling is an amazing way to do that. I am also somewhat of a 'yes' man, I am always up for new experiences and meeting new people often opens up those new experiences.

I spent my university career studying in the fields of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Planning.

Fun fact: When a hippopotamus is stressed or panicked, it sweats red (almost looks like blood)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I traveled the world for 19 months over 2015-2016 and loved to spend time with locals around the world. I use Couchsurfing because I am looking to meet some people and experience things that would otherwise be missed by staying in major tourist areas. Not to mention making new friends everywhere I get to go 😄

Intereses

I am an active person, love playing and watching almost all sports and want to experience and learn more and more all the time. Other things I enjoy include: music, photography, hiking, exercise, meeting new people and good food 👌

Algo increíble que he hecho

Spent my 2016 New Years celebration camping in -1 degrees at the summit of Volcano Acatenango drinking red wine watching an incredible combination of the erupting lava from Volcano Fuego as well as fireworks from the surrounding towns, in addition to the fireworks from the other campers at the summit! Guatemala was a beautiful place and this was an incredible experience.
