About Me

Very chilled and philosophical dude with a genuine love for all humans. You'll be copping a big smiley warm hug straight up when we meet! I spend a lot of time vagabonding even though I'm working in Syd. Have a cracking group of pals and places to hang in Sydney and up and down the coast so if you're a traveler I'm here to share knowledge with you.

I spend as much time as I can in the ocean, mountains, reading, driving deep in the country, or hanging with friends / heading out etc. I've had a good deal of time overseas, and am heading off again in may, so big bonus if I can make some connections in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Switzerland!

Woah no character limit, hmmmm, I'm also very talkative and tend to go forever when given the chance, though I do prefer to listen. I'll just slam out a bunch of interests to paint a picture and call it at that.

Miyazaki, Moderat, Wheel of Time, meditation, bodysurfing, bodyboarding, extreme surf and weather conditions, dancing, winter flowers, tennis, wind in trees, tea, scrabble, running wild, slowly moving through art galleries, pale ales, the Pavilion in Coogee, Bourke St Bakery, morning smoothies and yoga.

I'm happy to teach photography and mediation, would love to learn martial arts, various types of dance (what do you have?), and practice French.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I live in Coogee / Randwick in a big old share house with 11 or so damn legends! Can't often offer the couch as everyone is pretty deep into work at the moment, but there will be times so doesn't hurt to check!

I'm doing it myself to have a travel experience while living and working in my own city, and seeing if I can maybe switch to permanently not having a fixed address. Mostly I stay in national parks or with friends and fam (or at the moment I still have my place), but the more contacts I build up the sooner I can let go of my place completely.

I want to make this transition for a whole host of reasons, but predominately to remove all comfort and habit, increase time in nature, reading and mediating, invest as much money as possible to later use it for the greater good (mostly, I have a couple of desires that require it, but they shouldn't consume to great a percentage), and to meet fine humans like you!

Oops, didn't see these other boxes, better not write too much more so see above

Side note I'm pretty sure my facebook is wide open to the public so stalk if you feel!
