I am a travelling English teacher. In the last year I have worked in Vietnam, France, Spain and Italy. I enjoy using my holidays to travel to new places, meet up with my international friends, and cycle!

I am a keen runner and cyclist. I enjoy rural locations with beautiful landscapes.

Currently learning Spanish, but need help, haha!

I enjoy cooking new foods, and can show hosts how to cook Vietnamese food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To find hosts for the night as I travel around new places. It is a great way to socialise, meet new people, and learn more about the local culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

Arctic Monkeys are my favourite band. Alex Turner is a lyrical genius. I have been to watch him and Miles Kane perform, as 'The Last Shadow Puppets'.

Generally I like indie/punk. The Jam, The Beatles for example.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycled from Alta in North Norway, 2250 miles south to Amsterdam. The tour took 29 days. We finished the tour with one wild night in Amsterdam, which is barely remembered.

I am an English teacher.
I am also a decent county level runner, so can give tips of running form and technique.
I can fix bikes.
Whilst I do not play an instrument, I love jamming with my friends. I usually sing in a deep voice haha!
