I am a Canadian who will be living in Europe for the first half of 2019! I am extremely excited and can't wait to experience culture on the other side of the world. I hope I am able to meet new people who can show me all the best parts of every city I visit, and hopefully I can share some Canadian culture along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to all types of music. My favorite artists from a wide variety of genres are Lil Wayne, Anderson Paak, Mac Miller, RHCP, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Leon Bridges, Frank Ocean, John Mayer, Nat King Cole. I am a big fan of movies (my favorite is the dark knight) and down to watch a good one. Currently I am reading the biography of Steve Jobs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have worked at a summer camp for 5 years (also was a camper for 5 years) and got to help make life long memories with all the kids that went there. It was amazing being able to help these kids get to experience what all of my counselors did for me. I made some of my best memories at camp and I hope I was able to recreate the experience for them.

Teach, Learn, Share

In terms of teaching I am no pro, but I can definitely hold my own on guitar and love sharing tips and tricks on how to play songs. I also love to learn and am always willing to try new things. I would love to learn how to play piano.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my help around the house whether that be anything from cooking dinner to fixing a shelf. I also have some good stories to share and love hearing others. I also love to play guitar and can even teach you how to play a few chords if you want!
