ABOUT ME

I'm a writer and teacher who has traveled to over 20 countries. I lived in Russia and Ukraine for 3 years and I speak Russian. I've studied Spanish, Italian, French, German, and a little Arabic, but I'm rusty and need some speaking practice. I was a swimmer and played water polo, and I studied Literature and Philosophy at UCLA. I love languages, traveling, photography, and meeting fascinating people from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had people from over 10 different countries stay at my apartment in Kiev, Ukraine, but this was before I learned about couchsurfing.org! I'm back in the USA now and ready to join the worldwide couchsurfing community!
