About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Saving for Southern Africa at Christmas
ABOUT ME
I'm a Civil Engineer who likes to keep active. I'm friendly and easy to talk to. I like to be organised and know what is happening when. I've done my fair share of travelling and am looking to travel even more. I'm currently based in Central Queensland saving up for my next adventure.
PHILOSOPHY
You only live once. If you keep waiting for someone else to do what you want to do with you, you'll never get to do it. So bite the bullet and go at it alone.
If you are in a position of privilege, take time to consider those who don't get it so easy, and help out wherever possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm open to meeting new people who are passing through Barcaldine. I can meet up for a beer or even host you on my couch if you require.
Interests
Riding my bikes(Road and Mountain). Playing all kinds of sport from indoor cricket and soccer to outdoor cricket, soccer and touch football. I enjoy going to the pub with mates for a beer. Reading books from a wide range of genres.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walking through the Angkor World Heritage site and seeing Angkor Wat was amazing.
Watching the sun set over Halong Bay (Vietnam) between all of the islands. Such a chilled out afternoon, so serene and beautiful.
Golden Temple in Kyoto. I went there in the middle of winter, it was freezing cold, but the reflection in the mirror pond was flawless.
Walking into Machu Picchu via the Sun Gate. One of the most humbling experiences of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm keen to learn how to let go and not sweat the small stuff. I continually get caught up in the problems and don't just sit back and enjoy the ride.
