Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Want a change of pace from my daily routine in the neighborhood and am looking for a little getaway for my wife and I without leaving the city. Also willing to meet up with people visiting Norfolk for conversation or to provide some insight on good places to hang out.

It has been a while since I've used this website, but my profile was still available. Apparently all my information was deleted during the upgrade, however. I've stayed with a few hosts and met up with a couple people through couchsurfing which used to be reflected on my profile.

Interests

Love working with wood and learning about electricity. Used to be a kayak tour guide but haven't been able to do that in a few years unfortunately. Will definitely try to get out on the water this summer tho.
