I'm new to this side of the country, (grew up on the east coast), and I'd like to get to know as much of it as possible - not just cities and landmarks, but the people who actually live there.

Books: Fiction fiction fiction. I especially love sci-fi/fantasy/magical realism. Special recognition to Robert Anton Wilson, Stephen King, James Joyce, Neil Gaiman, Herman Hesse, and Hafiz.

Movies/TV: I like almost everything. Especially Sci-fi/fantasy stuff.
