Hey! Me and Alex are two students from Newcastle, England and have recently become good travel buddies. We like to think we're good fun to be around as well as polite and gracious young men. We tend to be very active during the stay, eager to see all of the cities landmarks and tourist hotspots that are on offer. We are both hoping to travel further in the forthcoming years. Alex hopes to travel to Asia to live and work out there whereas I hope to explore central and South America in 2016.

We're on Couchsurfing hoping to meet some cool locals that can show us the authenticity of their city and some hidden gems that no tourist would know about while we're travelling the USA from San Fran to NYC from 24th August to 20th October.

A whole range of music as well as films although I need films to have a good storyline and cast for me to really engage with it.
I like reading non fiction books. Unfortunately, I don't get a lot of pleasure from reading books therefore I liked to be educated by books instead.

Fun and energetic attitude. Good sense of English wit and humour and hopefully some cool stories of our own! We are very polite and gracious and would certainly not take a host's generosity for granted.
