To learn and grow, rock climb, travel and immerse myself in local cultures in every country all over the world.

ABOUT ME

I enjoy puzzles, i enjoy outdoors, mix them together and i discover that i love rock climbing. I have found this to be a great way of moving around the world and being able to stay off the tourist paths. I am not one to sit on the side and observe cultures and customs, I jump in, embrace, and become involved. I learn by LIVING!
I treat everyone like my best friend, and that includes awkward moments and saying exactly whats on my mind without hesitation.

PHILOSOPHY

I dont read maps, i ask locals for directions. I dont have a lonely planet guidebook, i ask locals for information. And if im in a foreign country, i try to learn the local language. After all, I am the visitor. I am not a person who has an itinerary or a plan. I follow my desires and trust that the decisions i make and the places I go will teach me something new, and allow me to teach something new. An exchange of energy from one person to another is the ultimate learning experience for me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed at a few houses around Canada and the USA, and also camped out for a few nights under the stars before finding out about CS.org. I look forward to meeting new and welcoming people all over the world through this site.

Interests

Rock Climbing, reading, fire dance, photography, slackline, Guitar and ukulele, COOKING, learning, skydiving, scuba diving, relaxing when i need to relax, loving when love is needed and sharing experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bought a motorcycle in Cambodia and discovered the country one town at a time. Starting from the north east and traveling from town to town learning the local customs, enjoying the local foods and living the local life.

I also lived in a jungle community in Thailand for 5 months. My new home away from home.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy cooking and learning how to cook. I lived with a vegetarian couple who inspired me to be more creative with my cooking. I also play ukulele and love learning new instruments. Rock climbing is also a fantastic way to stay fit and learn more about being in control of my body. I am also interested in photography both teaching and sharing ideas and would like to learn more about yoga.
