I enjoy meeting new people and learning new cultures. I use Couchsurfing as a way to meet others and gather information about the places I visit, from a local's perspective, which is more than what other sites can offer. Couchsurfing also gives me the chance to create friends and lasting connections from other places so I can one day return the favor and by being a host when they decide to visit.
