Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven't traveled much in my lifetime, and I'm going to change that. I really enjoy being in unfamiliar settings, and experiencing different cultures.

Interests

Playing/watching soccer, craft beers, climbing, cycling, and trying new things. I will try anything once, and I really enjoy some friendly competition.

Music, Movies, and Books

I will listen to virtually anything. Music is very personal, so love what you love, and if you want to share it: I'm happy to give it a listen.

I've read more comic books than novels as of late, and just like music, I'm open for suggestions.

For movies, I like a lot of science -fiction/fantasy stuff that goes beyond just a blockbuster action movie. Gimme something with a great theme, an interesting premise, and strong performances. "Coherence" is probably the best example I have of this at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I threw out the first pitch to Adam Wainwright during his rookie year in '06. I hold this is why they won the World Series that year.
