ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Ryan! I am currently employed as a Massage Therapist and also taking some online classes. I'm learning Spanish right now and hope to pick up at least one more language after that. I spend my free time either reading, watching my favorite shows, playing frisbee golf, or having a few drinks with some of my nearest and dearest. Some would call me the big brother of my group as I do my best to look out for everyone. It might also be because I like to give my friends a hard time. It's all in good fun tho :) I truly have some of the best friends in the world. We have a good time whether it's just the roommates hanging out or a big birthday bash. If you wanna experience a real piece of colorado life and the good people in it look no further. We'll have a couch for you.

PHILOSOPHY

My life philosophy is pretty simple. I just gotta be me. I dance like a white boy. I sing whether I know the words or not. I do my best to make everyone smile when I see them. I hug like I mean it. I dream of changing the world. I don't apologize for being me. I just am.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My roommates Steven, Jordan, Jake, Nathan, and I have hosted numerous people from all over the world in the almost 3 years we've lived together. Everyone of them has been a pleasure and we stay in contact (if only via FB) to this day. Our house has many couches, lovesac, and even a bed for anyone who needs a place to crash. With so many of us around their is usually one of us to show you the sights if you want a guide. If you just need a place to crash we can do that to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So many to choose from! All of them has been amazing. From Andrew and Faith who just stayed with and were a total blast to meeting our new CS friends Johan and Mads in Vegas for new years after they stayed with us the experience has been nothing but a blessing.

Interests

I'm a huge movie and TV buff. I'm the guy people look to with questions like You know that guy in the movie with the face. I'm also a die hard music fan. I love it all. Techno to Rock to Hip Hop to Adele, if it's good I like it. I've also taken up Poi or hawaiian fire dancing. I'm still a novice but it's a lot of fun. I try to get to frisbee golf course once a week, more when the weather agrees. I am big reader so i tend to have a couple books going at a time. I long to start traveling and I hope CS will help with those goals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First is definitely New Year's in Vegas. Fireworks going off from every hotel, the whole strip closed off and filled with people. It was a unique experience and I loved every minute of it. The second was in my home state of Colorado. It was at Global Dance Festival at Red Rocks. Seeing a concert there should be on everyone's list of things to do before they die. I go back every year for just be to amazed again. The Rocks surrounding the amphitheatre makes the sound unbelievable and the the view of the city behind the stage is breathtaking at night.
