PHILOSOPHY

awareness for a healthy mind, wellness for a healthy body

I have recently come to view conflict in a positive way, rather than to fear it. Conflict when faced with a positive mind leads to the new. This may not necessairly be a better self, but a deepened and expanded self able to understand new things

It's important to be acutely aware of even our most subtle fears, i think it is the small things that keep us from happiness. We have to be aware of each moment and the doubt and fear that may cloud our actions in each moment and in each choice we make which amounts to the way we choose (within certain limits of course) how we live our lives
