ABOUT ME

I grew up in Los Angeles, CA, I spent a lot of time traveling, lived in Las Vegas for a year and Mexico for a short time. My #1 goal in life is to travel around the world and immerse myself in different cultures and experiences because I think it will make me into a much more well-rounded and balanced person.

I am experienced in fitness & exercise, and can make a fitness and nutrition regimen for you and show you how to do every single exercise properly to not injure yourself. I'm not certified but I was taught by certified trainers who formally studied exercise.
