Happy to meet people from other cultures. Now I am on my own I will only accept male guests. I have moved to a small flat about 50m from the sea and with good views of Italy and towards Monaco.
As the flat is small there is little privacy. If that is a problem please look for other hosts. Priority to gay men as they are a disadvantaged group. And prefer guests who have a reasonable command of English!
