About Me

"For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was. "- Captain Barbossa

I love to travel, understand people, understand cultures... I like to learn, debate, discuss...

I am new to Couchsurfing ( I created the account long ago, but just started using it)
I would like to both surf and host, whenever I can and it's feasible. I live in the San Francisco Bay area.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to enrich my experience by meeting and learning from and sharing with, new people from different cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading the book"How to Create a Mind" by Ray Kurzweil

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Take your pick. Here's a few of the crazy things I have done:
Went on a crazy (non-touristy) trek around the Amini Island in Lakshadweep got lost, ended up on a deserted beach, (tried to) make a raft to get to the next one (that idea did not pan out too well).
Hitch hiked, drank water from the stream, walked miles at a stretch through natural landscapes in California without finding another human on that trail.
Swam next to puffer fish and a giant sea tortoise while scuba diving in Thailand.
Had a close encounter with a leopard guarding it's freshly killed deer, while hiking in the Himalayas.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can learn from everyone. Every human being has some knowledge to offer and share.

What I Can Share with Hosts

What can I share with hosts:
I have a lot of amazing stories to tell and awesome experiences to share. :D

What I Can Share with Surfers
Generally, all the stuff that is in my apartment, is yours to use.

Countries I’ve Visited
