Overview
About Me
Med student by day, wanderer by heart. Born in Israel, shaped by India, and currently drifting through South America collecting stories, blisters, and playlists.
I’m into real conversations, ridiculous amounts of garlic, long treks that end in even longer meals, and people who laugh with their whole face.
I travel not just to see places, but to feel them – preferably over shared coffee, late-night talks, or badly translated jokes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because the best parts of travel don’t fit in guidebooks.
I believe in culture exchange that goes beyond postcards – the kind where you share food, music, and your weirdest travel stories.
Interests
Music that hits you in the chest, treks that make your legs curse you, food that makes you rethink life, and people who make you forget your phone exists.
Also: dancing badly, cooking intuitively, and laughing at myself regularly.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Radiohead is my spirit band. My playlist wanders from Bob Dylan to Kendrick Lamar to Alt-J and Ben Howard. Trance, world music, and surprise jams welcome.
Movies: I love drama, classics, and smart comedies – Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Pulp Fiction top the list.
Books: Ones that shift your brain a little. Fountainhead left a mark. Also, I relate disturbingly well to Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once hitchhiked through Patagonia with nothing but a backpack, a half-dead phone, and too much optimism. I ended up in a stranger’s pickup truck, learned to roast lamb over fire, and played guitar in a language I don’t speak.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: Navigation (land, emotional, or Spotify-based).
Learn: Spanish! And more about how others live, love, and cook.
Share: Stories, Spotify gems, deep convos, and probably way too much pasta. Good vibes and bad puns guaranteed.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking skills (I’ll even clean after), a solid music playlist, late-night philosophy, a lot of appreciation for your generosity, and stories from trekking in the Andes or getting lost in the Himalayas.
I’m the kind of guest who notices the little things and leaves a place a bit better (or at least cleaner) than I found it.
