About Me

Just an ordinary guy who loves traveling and adventures.

I've lived in the US and Germany and Austria for a while. Did part of my BA in Political Science and modern choreography (just for fun) at Dickinson, North Dakota. I always get a minute of silence from Americans when I tell them about my time in ND which is not very fair, I loved it :)) Yeah, LA might be better in some ways but I had the time of my life in Dickinson. Spent loads of time at the pool and library, got snowed in during the winter break (-40 isn't as much fun as I hoped) and had to survive alone in whole dorm on few boxes of raisin bran, bananas and milk. I've had so many adventures in the US and after 5 years I decided to have some more.... So, February 2016, NYC here I come!

Oh and I did my first masters in Germany. :)

Now I'm on my way to finish my second MBA, in operations management this time. And thought I'd travel before I become burdened of all these degrees :D But not really, I know I sound like a smart-ass, but I promise I'm moderately dumb.

Oh, I work full time for American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia. Love it, I get to go to all the fancy parties :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To help out foreigners traveling and to make new friends.
Also, I plan to visit NYC in February/March. This idea just came ot me yesetrday cause I was talking to my old friend and he asked if I knew the meteor was going to hit the Earth where would I have wanted to have traveled before I'd be gone. I thought hard on that one, cause Iceland, New Zealand, Paris, Cape Town and London are on my lists definitely. But then I thought about New York. Oh, New York! It was clear. So, why delay :))
So first thing this morning I looked up hotels and they're so expensive, especially if you're traveling alone and turns out, at this rate I have no chance to stay in a hotel. So, I remembered this site, thought may be someone would have wanted to share an apartment with me for 2 weeks and I'd pay him/her, not much but... And I'd make a friend. At the end of the day all that matters is friendships we've had in our lives. : )
