About Me

Hello fellow travelers, I'm Sabawoon DAQIQ, originally from Afghanistan, and I'm passionate about exploring new places, meeting new people, and sharing my experiences. I've visited more than 15 cities in Afghanistan, including Bamyan, Herat, Nuristan, and Kunar, and I'm continually looking for opportunities to explore new cities and regions in my beautiful country.

Although my travels have taken me to other countries, I always come back to Afghanistan to explore more of its unique culture, history, and natural beauty. I believe that every city in Afghanistan has something special to offer, whether it's the majestic Buddhas of Bamyan, the bustling markets of Herat, or the scenic valleys of Nuristan and Kunar.

When I'm not traveling within Afghanistan, I love hosting guests and sharing my local knowledge and experiences. As a host, I'm always eager to show guests the best spots in town, from hidden gems to well-known attractions. As a guest, I'm respectful of my host's space and always willing to lend a helping hand.

If you're interested in seeing more of my travels, be sure to check out my Instagram account sabawoon.daqiq, where I share photos and memories of the amazing cities I've visited in Afghanistan and beyond. I'm also always on the lookout for new adventures and experiences, whether it's trying a new cuisine, learning a new language, or picking up a new skill.

So, if you're looking for a respectful, open-minded guest who can share stories and experiences from Afghanistan and beyond, look no further! I'm excited to meet new people, explore new places, and create meaningful connections through Couchsurfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I believe that travel is all about the people you meet and the connections you make. Through Couchsurfing, I've been able to meet and connect with amazing people from all over the world, sharing stories, experiences, and culture. I believe that Couchsurfing is not just a way to find free accommodation, but also a way to build meaningful relationships, gain new perspectives, and learn about the world and its diverse cultures.

I also love being a host and showing travelers around my city and sharing my local knowledge and experiences. Hosting has allowed me to learn more about my own city and country and share my culture and history with others. I believe that hosting is a great way to give back to the travel community and make the world a better place, one guest at a time.

I'm grateful for the amazing experiences and connections that Couchsurfing has given me, and I'm always looking forward to meeting new people, exploring new places, and creating unforgettable memories.
