Hello my Name is Sabina :)

Im grew up in Germany but Im half from Russia and half from Tadjikistan. We came to Germany when I was 3 years old, so Im more German then Russaian :P

Last year I spend 5 months in an Aschram in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in Inida - Sadhgurus Isha Yoga Center :) That was such a great expirience... there I meet my partner Rahul, he is Indian from Hariana, Hisar. He spend 8 months in the Aschram doing a program...

Since we left the Aschram we are travelling around in India and Surroundings :)
We are doing daily yoga practices and working on some Online stuff while travelling...

We love to meet new people and share expiriences :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In 2015 I did my Divemaster in Thailnad, Koh Tao :) Diving is one of the greatest expiriences, cuz you are in the moment, totally... All the non sense just vanishes from my mind and Im just focused on what Im doing right now!!!!

And like I mentioned above, the time in Isha Yoga Center was the transformative expirience in my life. I would recommend every single person on earth to take some time of and go in an aschram, volunteer and learn to be - learn about Yoga and about who you really are.

The most worth while thing I have to share is about the expirience in Isha Yoga Center and about Yoga.
