Music, Movies, and Books

I'm currently studying to become a screenwriter and enrolling in film directing, so I have a long list of movies that I watch. I love early Universal Pictures studio's horrors (like Dracula, Frankenstein etc.), so I love German expressionism. I'm also a big fan of Georges Méliès and his experiments. Some names: Roy Anderson, Jan Svankmajer, early Tim Burton, Michel Gondry, Agnès Varda, Fellini, Jim Jarmusch, Lars Von Trier, Jokim Trier, Haneke, Dardenne brothers, Gaspar Noe, Godard, Kubrick, David Lynch, Antonioni, Brothers Quay, Bresson, Sofia Coppola, Wong Kar-wai, Sorrentino (I can list forever).

About music: I was born into a musical family (my grandmother is an opera singer), so I was raised on classical music in music school. I have no boundaries regarding genre, I love listening to everything and open something new, especially in other languages. I сan go to a techno rave, and the next day to an orchestra concert, so I have a huuuge list of musicians, some of names: Björk, John Coltrane, Boards of Canada, Ascendant Vierge, La Femme, Aphex Twin, Miles Davis, Eartheater, Arca, Radiohead, Arvo Pärt, Mylène Farmer, FKA Twigs, Cocteau Twins, Beach House, The Velvet Underground, Sevdaliza, Nada (found her at The Young Pope), Liberato, Grand Blanc, The Knife, Philip Glass, Jefferson Airplane, Love, Marie Laforêt, Margo Guryan, Deux, Dalida, The Doors, Vive la Fête, Sibylle Baier etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m an animation teacher for kids. so I can teach how to make cartoons or make a motion design. Help with illustration/graffiti/design/any art stuff :) I also can help with plants and help with another home things (cleaning, cooking etcc)
And ofc I can share my culture, language, knowledge (I also can try to cook some Russian or a Tatar dishes).
