Hey,
my name is Sabitha, i'm 26 and currently working as a substitute teacher in a public school and in a art house cinema in Copenhagen. I finished my studies in Comparative Literature this summer, and now I'm taking a year off, to work and travel before I take my master in Global Studies.

I'm an outgoing, social person who loves meeting new people. I'm impulsive, quite the daydreamer and I enjoy conversation and eating breakfast with my friends.

I'm adopted from India and grew up in Copenhagen and have lived here since I was four. I'm very much in love with India and travel there as often as I can. I even studied there one semester some years ago, where I took a class about power and religion in South Asia.

I try my best to be a conscious and political person and I do political activism by writing about racism and other things I think it is important to talk about. In Denmark people often think that racism doesn't exist, but being a person of color I experience it very day.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I haven't really been couchsurfing before, other than that I had two great girls staying in my old apartment some years ago.

I'm taking up couchsurfing again because now I have the time and I want to travel and I think this is a great way to do it.
