I am a former social worker and now full-time cybersecurity student. I used to work for the Boulder International Film Festival as a youth advisor and am very passionate about screenwriting and film. I have been a casual photographer for years and am now working toward becoming a professional photographer as a side job. I play some piano, love to sing, and am developing a hobby of writing lyrics and poetry.

My partner who usually travels with me is Jacob! He is a social worker who just completed his BSSW and is about to begin his MSW. He is very passionate about music - he plays guitar, bass, and cello and is working to start his own band.

Jacob and I are both a part of various volunteering efforts for helping the disabled and unhoused communities. Advocating for the less fortunate is a deeply held passion for the two of us. We both love to meet new people and discuss everything under the sun!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March of 2020, I volunteered as a nurse's assistant within a few homeless shelters. It was a crazy time as there were few resources/protective equipment and the world felt as though it was coming to an end. I learned so much about triage, patient care, community, and myself.

It was the scariest and most beautiful time of my life because of the lessons I learned and the amazing human beings I got to help.
