I've couch surfed before with 3 friends but on their account (in Brazil). I am a Portuguese German and have lived in different parts of the world. I will now start my Masters degree in Portugal where I will travel to by car with my sister Tania via Lyon, Barcelona, Valencia, Granada and I hope to meet new and interesting people on this trip!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I had a great couch-surfing experience while travelling in Brazil with 3 friends. We were always welcomed warm-heartedly, shown to local bars, events and culture, and made amazing friends with whom we still remain in contact.

音乐、电影和书籍

We both love a broad range from Jazz over Balkan to Electronic Music. There is almost no music we do not enjoy and we're always happy to get to know new bands. Tania started to be a passionate festival-goer so she has a lot of new bands to share!
Same goes for books: crime, romance, non-fiction, just name it :) open for new input here as well! I recently discovered pod-casts as a new medium, too (mostly recommended by people I met while travelling)!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Spending insane amounts of time sleeping open-air in hamocks in Brazil. Actually more refreshing than spending a night in a air-conditioned room!
One of my favorite trips was to Sumatra where we hiked through the rainforest and got very close to orangutans.

I study Business Admin. and am very interested in digital developments in the economy. Tania studied molecular Biotechnology and ist now studying medicine. I guess we have a broad range of topics to share on. Also we both love cooking :)
