UPDATE 1: I'm receiving a lot of requests currently and unfortunately I don't have time to answer everybody. If you didn't get a answer in like 2 days or so, it is because I cannot host or meet you, sorry :( But I really hope you find someone and that you also fell in love with this lovely coldish polite expensive marvelous shy efficient little country. Just one very important tip: don't stay just in Zürich, go to the Alps!!!
UPDATE 2: I really believe in energy and all this stuff about sharing is caring and etc. So I usually accept people that I felt a kind of connection and that I can see read my profile... and not just people with standard messages looking for free hotels (just be yourself at the request message, I really consider and appreciate that). So, if you are in Zürich for a job interview, I'm sorry but I won't host you because for me that is not the purpose of Couchsurfing. Nevertheless, feel free to send me a message if you want to grab a beer somewhere to know better the city and how it is to work/live here.

I love to know how people really live in their respective country. I usually run away from the most crowded events and attractions... I like peaceful, surprising and desert places, so I'm looking for locals' advice and tips. The experiences I had as a couchsurfer were the best memories I had traveling around. All my experiences in couchsurfing made me conclude that there is more kindness in this beautiful world than anything else bad.

Now that I am living in a touristic place (and also world-famous for being expensive), it is my turn to welcome these people that made me feel that life is worth being lived (also when not travelling). Unfortunately I am not able (now) to live just traveling. So, how could I travel, meet incredible people and know new cultures without leaving home or quitting my job? Hosting or meeting you, an adventurous, respectful and open-mind traveler (preferable with references ♥)

My place is very small but is in a calm neighborhood called Seebach (also very close to a lot of supermarkets, to the train station and to 3 tram stops), from where you can reach the city center in about 30min. Although it might be difficult now to be available to host someone, send me a message if you are keen to meet/need a couch and we can manage something (:
