I love to be active, go out, meet new people and try new things. I always strive to extend my horizon, am very curious and always want to learn new things - and I know that other people are the best teachers! Currently I am travelling around South East Asia and India to fully indulge in these passions ;-)

I don't have a personal philosophy but I do believe in the power of the mind and that if you try to stay and think positive, you will be more healthy, happy and lucky! Also, I'm a big fan of paying it forward!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people, and I think Couchsurfing is a great way to travel and meet locals wherever you go! I have had great experiences in Singapore and Kuching in Malaysia, and I hope to add to that :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Diving in Komodo National Park. I think I was actually screaming under water for joy.
Adventure Caving in Mulu National Park, Malaysian Borneo. I would have never thought I could squeeze and climb through the tiniest cracks without panicking, but apparently I can!
Volunteering at a school on the Eastern Cape of South Africa. I hope that we had an impact on the kids there, but it definitely helped to straighten my head a little as well.
