idiots and dancer in the dark by lars von trier.
roma by fellini.
midnight cowboy by John Shlesinger.
I like the works of the Beat Generation, Henry Miller and some of Scott Fitzgerald. I think This side of Paradise is better than the Great Gatsby and Tender is the Night.
One of the best books of fiction I've read was The Sun also Rises by Hemingway.
Down and Out in Paris and London was a good book too.
I also like some science fiction, not the technical stuff like Asimov and Le Guin but more like Philip K.Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? and Brave New World by Huxley.
I enjoy the paintings of Edward Hopper, Matisse and Munch.
Casanova's Life was fun too read.
And the film and music of 'Zorba' by Theodorakis.
