About Me

I work as an architect and currently spend most of my time living in Tbilisi, Georgia. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, especially those who value curiosity, openness, and good conversations.

I love discovering new places, getting a real feel for local culture, and stepping slightly outside the tourist bubble. I’m a bit introverted at first, but once there’s a genuine connection, everything flows naturally.

Big fan of good coffee ☕, local food, and simple moments — like walking around the city, sharing stories, or exploring a new spot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I enjoy building real, meaningful connections with people, especially in places where I spend a lot of time. Since I live in Georgia for several months each year, I’d love to form friendships and connections that can naturally grow over time.

I believe the best way to truly understand a place is through the perspective of people who live there — the small details, the everyday life, the stories you don’t find in guidebooks. That kind of exchange is what makes traveling (and living abroad) truly valuable to me.

For me, Couchsurfing isn’t about collecting experiences or ticking boxes, but about meeting interesting people, sharing moments, and creating quality connections — whether that’s over a coffee, a walk through the city, or a good conversation.

Interests

I enjoy drawing, traveling, and exploring urban areas — especially places that have a story or a certain atmosphere. I also appreciate slowing down from time to time: sitting somewhere, looking into the distance, and doing absolutely nothing.

I like live music, spontaneous walks, and discovering cities beyond the obvious spots. More than anything, I value meaningful connections and conversations, and I enjoy spending time with people who are curious, open-minded, and think in a similar way.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is quite eclectic — from classical music to folk, acoustic guitar, and rock, depending on the mood and the moment.

When it comes to movies, I enjoy watching local films from the countries I travel to. I’m more drawn to stories that reflect everyday life and culture rather than mainstream blockbusters.

As for books, I usually choose ones that teach me something or help me grow, both personally and intellectually. I like books that leave you thinking long after you’ve closed them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked hard to reshape my life so I wouldn’t be tied to a strict 9-to-5 schedule anymore. More than anything, I wanted to reclaim my time — the most valuable asset we have — and use it in a way that feels intentional and meaningful to me.

It wasn’t about escaping work, but about creating space for travel, discovery, and the things that truly matter.

Teach, Learn, Share

I genuinely enjoy learning new things and having constructive conversations with people who think differently. I believe respectful disagreement and exchanging perspectives are essential for personal growth.

I’m always happy to share what I know about entrepreneurship, design, and architecture, and sometimes cultural insights as well — but I’m just as interested in learning from others and their experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share plenty of stories from my own country and culture, as well as experiences from other places I’ve traveled to over the years. I enjoy exchanging perspectives, talking about how different people live and think, and sharing small insights that come from moving between cultures — usually over a coffee, a walk, or a relaxed conversation.
