I've been working as a science communicator and podcaster specializing in astronomy, space exploration and languages. I write about science and space exploration for a general audience in popular science magazines, newspapers and online media.

Well, I don’t think it’s easy to write something about myself here, but when we meet you can ask me everything that's how great conversations begin :)

I love traveling to other countries to see new cultures, new people, landscapes and everything that awaits me. Connecting with local people makes it so much easier to feel at home in foreign places. I love Couchsurfing because it makes traveling more affordable for all of us. So I'm happy to find nice persons sharing their home and stories of their lives with me and I'm offering mine to travelers coming to Armenia and Iran. It's always nice to have visitors from other countries who make you feel like you're traveling even if you're home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m obsessed with exploring the world, meeting amazing people (and goats) and getting as lost as possible with my camera. I was on the road and mountain for three months in my country, taking a chance on changing my career from full-time staff to capturing the world and somehow it all worked out…

Travel for me is about education and the people I meet always make the trip, that’s why I usually like to fly solo – it makes it heaps easier to connect with the locals and get an inside look at a destination and you’ll most likely find me lost somewhere, camera in hand trying to blag my way through a conversation in a language I don’t really get – if you see me, come say salam!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done lots of amazing thing in my life:

- Research on extraterrestrial language and their possible civilization
- Dived into the ocean to look for how whales and dolphin talk to each other
- Organized lots of night sky observation program in dark sky places
- I travelled every town of Iran by bicycle for several months
- Discovered the new archaeological places and ancient manuscripts in Iran during my academic surveys

The best travel story's of me and some insider tips about backpacking through Iran. I teach you out with the Farsi (Persian) language, help you some basics on the martial arts, Iranian music and answer whatever you curious about astronomy and space exploration.
