I'm an engineer working in Quality Management Systems. Playing in two bands as drummer, trying to figure out how to play ukulele, reading a lot, and playing narrative heavy video games.

I'm in this community since my university started in 2006. I'm used to hosting people in already crowded flats :) Didn't have my own account earlier but now that I'm a working white collar and staying alone, I needed to open my own account.

As we all here in this community, I love travelling. I prefer couchsurfing or staying in hostels with nice common areas since it's a great way to meet new people and build friendships.

I'm currently living in a flat with one living room and one bedroom, it's a relatively small flat but I can host people in my living room. I have two couches and if you are comfortable with that 2-3 people can sleep on the ground with airbeds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Experience is the keyword here. Meeting new people, sharing interests with locals and travellers while hosting them are invaluable to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

- I'm a Rocker Boy to make a very blunt definition. I'm a drummer, also have a guitar in my flat which I never play :)
- I like to read modern classics, sci-fi, fantasy and comics mostly. And Neil Gaiman most of all!
- Cinema is something I admire a lot and I especially like to discuss about the influences and styles of directors and cinematographers.

I can teach you the basics of drumming and rhythm. And, I would love to teach some Turkish just to see you struggling with pronunciations 😀. I'm a very curious person, so I'm open to learn just about everything that you can offer :)
