Hello! I’m Safdarali Ahmadi- a university student and part-time photographer based in Mazar-i-Sharif, City. I love learning about new places through food, music, and street markets. Traveling for me means meeting people, swapping stories, and trying the best local dishes. I enjoy cooking traditional meals for guests, showing them local sights, or simply sharing a cup of tea and conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy Afghan classical music- from Saraban, Ahmad Zahir, Nainawaz and Dawod Sarkhosh. I’m not a heavy movie watcher, but I like meaningful films, documentaries, and anything with a good story. For books, I read a lot of sociology books, especially topics like culture, history, and personal development, but I also enjoy simple, inspiring stories. I’m always open to new recommendations from fellow travelers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I’ve done was stepping out of my comfort zone to explore nature on my own. I completed a challenging hike that pushed my limits, and reaching the top gave me a strong sense of confidence and gratitude. It reminded me how powerful small, brave steps can be in life.

I enjoy sharing what I know and learning from others. I can teach a bit about my culture, language, and the skills I’ve gained from my studies and hobbies. I’m always interested in learning new perspectives, local traditions, and practical skills from people I meet. What I Can Share with Hosts

I can host one, two or three guests in a private room for up one, two or three days. I enjoy meeting travelers who
want to talk about culture and local life. I prefer guests who are clean, communicative, and respectful of house rules, and who can pay their own expenses outside the room. No smoking indoors; please let me know arrival time.
