Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Unlike those who like to stay in hotels, although there is nothing wrong with doing so, I would rather meet locals in the area of which I travel who can possibly give me insight on the destination for events and great places to check out to make the journey as amazing as possible! My main purpose for travel is my fascination with different cultures and living 'standards' from countries all over the world and PEOPLE! I've never been one to be intrigued by common tourist attractions more so than having meaningful conversations sharing one another's culture from those of all ages, ethnicity, and culture!
