an early career Researcher, completed PhD from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, India. His doctoral thesis describes the preparation of TCO thin films by RF magnetron sputtering, and fabrication of rectifying junctions for possible use as UV light detectors. He has hands-on experience in various thin film deposition techniques like sputtering, evaporation, spray pyrolysis and chemical bath deposition. He has comprehensive experience in setting up optoelectronic measurements and analysis of structural, functional properties. Interested in photonics and analysis of signals in UV, visible and near-infrared spectral regions.
After completing Ph.D. in July 2019, he joined as Assistant Professor at Department of Physics, MAMO College, Calicut, India. Apart from research, his key responsibility is to handle Courses on Optics (Theory & Practicals) for Under Graduate students. Currently he is serving as staff advisor for the MAMOC-OPTICA student chapter and chair of the "Optical Metrology (OR)" Technical group under Optica. He is one of the traveling Lecturers of Optica.
